TrainingSol Terms and Conditions
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before registering for a course at TrainingSol.
1. Course Registration and Payment
Registration for a course at TrainingSol requires full payment in advance unless an alternative financing arrangement has been approved. You are required to fill out the registration form and submit all necessary details accurately.
2. Lifetime Refresher Courses
As a value-added service, TrainingSol offers lifetime refresher courses free of charge for any public class you have taken with us, provided there is space available. You must utilize the course materials from your original class for these refresher sessions.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
Private class cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the scheduled class date to receive a refund. For all public classes, if you are unable to attend the class, you may not be eligible for a refund. However, you may use the paid amount to take the same class in the future at no additional cost.
4. No-Shows
For all no-shows, you may not be refunded, but the paid amount can be used to attend the same class at a later date at no additional charge.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials provided by TrainingSol are the intellectual property of TrainingSol. These materials may not be copied, reproduced, or redistributed without written consent from TrainingSol.
6. Course Changes
TrainingSol reserves the right to change course content, instructors, course dates, and venues at its discretion.
7. Liability
TrainingSol shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages arising out of or related to this agreement, including, without limitation, loss of data or profits.
By registering for a course at TrainingSol, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
